We are currently looking for a talented hairdresser-colourist who not only cuts or paints hair, but also creates a style that gives clients incredible delight in a new look. Your responsibility is not just to perform the service, but to take care of the beauty of the client’s hair for a long time. You accept the idea: ‘now I will take care of your hair, your hair is my face’.
Your responsibilities :
- Performing haircuts and colouring: Possess basic knowledge including bob cutting techniques, colouring, tone level scale and neutralisation charts.
- Professional service: Provide a high level of service to ensure that every customer is satisfied and becomes a regular.
- Continuous development: You continue to improve your skills and expertise by working with all the latest tools and leading make-up brands.
- Marketing and customer base: We will provide you with a lot of clients thanks to a powerful marketing department, and your task is to turn them into regular visitors to the salon.
Working conditions.
- Remuneration: At first, a base rate to build up a client base; thereafter, a percentage system (details to be discussed at the interview).
- Test work: Pass a test job with an assessment of your strengths and weaknesses.
- Working hours: 2/2 from 9:00 to 21:00; individual schedule may be considered (discussed at the interview).
