Main responsibilities :
- Receiving calls: Advise customers, help them choose a technician and service, and make appointments for the desired time.
- Effective recording: Achieve the goal of recording 9 out of 10 customers who call in with the help of our internal training.
- Daily work: Handle 30 to 50 customer requests per day without the need for cold calls (except for scheduled calls to assess the quality of service).
- Business processes: Follow established processes – you will not have to act as a director, but will be expected to take an active role in resolving complex situations.

The final product of your work:
- Atmosphere: Creating a friendly and easy atmosphere in the salon that every customer feels.
- Satisfied customers: Booking a customer for their next visit and turning them into a regular customer.
- Cashier of the day: Creating a stable cash register.
Main KPIs :
- The percentage of successful customer records.
- Financial indicators (Cashier of the day).
- Coherence of work with masters.
Reporting and payment terms
- Reporting: A short daily report in the chat.
- Payment: Discussed at the interview – rate + % of the results of each day.
Work schedule
2/2 from 8:45 to 21:15 (delays are possible due to clients, which can be separately remunerated).
